Dual, it is also multiple citizenships – the status of a person who simultaneously has the citizenship of two or more states. The important thing is that each of these states can require a person to fulfill all duties.<\/p>\n

Such a legal status of citizens is possible for residents of those countries that have concluded an agreement between themselves on the mutual recognition of the citizenship of both states, i.e. this status is enshrined in international legal acts and does not give rise to legal problems.<\/p>\n
